Finding Calm in the Body is a 4-week group designed to help you improve your ability to manage symptoms of stress, anxiety, and trauma.
Each session will focus on helping you understand and regulate your nervous system using various body-based (mindfulness and somatic) strategies that science shows effectively calm the nervous system.
