    A 4-week group for managing stress, anxiety, and trauma

    Finding Calm in the Body is a supportive, 4-week group designed to help you regulate your nervous system and build tools to manage stress, anxiety and trauma.

    Each session will focus on scientifically proven body-based techniques (mindfulness and somatic) to calm the nervous system and promote healing.

    Practice strategies to feel more grounded and in control

    About the Facilitator

    Shanen (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist practicing virtually in Ontario, Canada.

    She specializes in trauma-informed, body-based approaches and believes that healing goes beyond talk therapy.

    Shanen is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, find a sense of safety, and experience more ease in their daily lives.
